What we collect

Name, email, phone number, the content of your order and any note you add. Contact form messages.

Why

To process your reservation, confirm payment, send tickets, check tickets at the entrance, answer your inquiries and keep accounting records as required by law.

How long

Order data is kept for the period required by Finnish accounting law. Inquiries are deleted after 12 months.

Who sees it

Only our staff and our web hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data and do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

This site sets only one strictly necessary technical cookie (a session cookie that keeps forms and their security token working; it is deleted when you close the browser). No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie consent is required.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, subject to legal retention duties. You may complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
